About NileCon
NileCon was founded in 2026. We are new – and that is exactly why you reach the person who handles your enquiry directly.
Why we exist
Work is less and less tied to one place. Many specialist and support tasks can now be done remotely – yet companies often only search close to home, and many applications never get a reply.
That is why we built iince – a platform where every job listing and every application is checked by a person. NileCon Recruitment is the company behind it, based in Wolfsburg, Germany.
What we stand for
-
Fair
We treat job seekers, freelancers and companies with equal respect.
-
Transparent
Pay, process and contact person are clear from the start.
-
Personal
You have one dedicated contact instead of changing responsibilities.
