Providing the website and server log files
When you visit this website, the server processes technically necessary data transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, amount of data transferred, status code, referrer URL, and browser type and operating system. We need this data to deliver the website and to ensure its secure and stable operation, for example to fend off attacks.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in providing the website securely and without errors. Server log files are deleted after 7 days at the latest, unless they are needed to investigate a specific security incident.
The website is provided by our hosting provider ( Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave ) . Pages are delivered through a worldwide server network; contact-form requests are received on servers in the European Union. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider.
Contact form and enquiries by email
If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process your details (name, email address, company and phone number if provided, subject and message) in order to handle and answer your enquiry. Please do not send application documents through this form – applications go through iince.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures; otherwise it is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete your enquiry once it has been dealt with in full, unless statutory retention obligations – for business correspondence, for example – require otherwise.
Your details are transmitted in encrypted form (TLS), stored in a database of our service provider that is not publicly accessible ( Supabase Inc., USA (Serverstandort USA, us-east-1) ) and also reported to our mailbox by email. Stored enquiries are deleted automatically after 12 months.
After you submit the form, you receive an automatic confirmation of receipt at the email address you provided. We use an email service provider for delivery ( Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.), USA ) , with whom a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place.
Protecting the form against misuse
To fend off automated spam, the form contains a check field that is invisible to people and a timing check. We also limit the number of submissions per IP address. For this purpose, your IP address is held briefly – for two minutes at most – in the server’s memory and is not stored permanently. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in protection against misuse.
Links to iince
This website contains links to our platform iince (iince.com and hire.iince.com). No content is loaded from there and no data is transferred when you visit this website. Only when you follow a link do you leave this website; the privacy notices published on iince apply to the processing of your data there.
No analytics or tracking tools
We do not use any analytics, tracking or marketing tools and do not embed any social media plugins.
Cookies and local storage
This website does not set any cookies and does not store any information in your browser, such as in local storage. Fonts and all other parts of the website are loaded from our own domain. No content from other providers is loaded when you visit the website.
Recipients and transfers to third countries
Within our company, only the people who need your data to handle your request have access to it. External recipients are our processors for hosting, database and email delivery, who only process your data on our instructions.
These service providers are based in the USA. Where personal data is transferred to the USA in this context, this is based on the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR) where the respective provider is certified under it, and otherwise on EU standard contractual clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).
Storage period
We only store personal data for as long as it is needed for the respective purpose or statutory retention obligations apply. The specific periods are set out in the individual sections of this policy.
Your rights
You have the right to
- access the data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR),
- have incorrect data rectified (Art. 16 GDPR),
- have your data erased (Art. 17 GDPR),
- restrict processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
- data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), and
- withdraw any consent you have given, with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR).
An informal message to contact@iince.com is enough to exercise your rights.
Right to object
Where we process your data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object to the processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR). We will then stop processing the data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, or the processing serves to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is:
Der Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz Niedersachsen (Data Protection Commissioner of Lower Saxony)
Prinzenstraße 5, 30159 Hannover, Germany

Obligation to provide data and automated decisions
Providing your data is voluntary. Without the details marked as required, however, we cannot process your request. No automated decision-making, including profiling (Art. 22 GDPR), takes place.
Data security
This website and all form entries are transmitted in encrypted form (HTTPS/TLS). We continuously adapt our technical and organisational measures to the state of the art.
Changes to this privacy policy
We update this privacy policy when the website or the legal requirements change. The version published here applies.
